Hi, I’m Sam.

I’m a qualified horticulturist based in Watsonia, running Garden Care across Melbourne’s north and north-east. Since completing my formal horticultural training in 2020, I have worked intensively on private gardens and larger managed grounds.

At its core, my job is simple: make your garden work well for you. Sometimes that’s a straightforward mow or a one-off clean-up when your garden has got away from you. Other times it’s a full redesign — and when it is, I lean heavily on Australian native and reset-friendly species, carefully matched to your soil, aspect and the time you want to spend on upkeep.

Either way, you receive the same high-quality, thoughtful care. You don’t need to be ready to overhaul the whole garden — many people just want their gardens looked after.

I hold a Certificate III in Horticulture, studied at Fairfield Polytechnic in 2020, and I am fully insured with public liability insurance through BizCover.
